3. Platform Use

indotk.com connects buyers and suppliers for manufacturing services. We facilitate communication and transaction management but are not a party to any agreement between users. All transactions are strictly between the buyer and supplier.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: scrape data, submit false information, engage in fraudulent activity, harass other users, violate applicable laws, or attempt to circumvent platform fees or restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users remains their property. By posting content, you grant indotk.com a license to display and distribute it on the platform. The platform itself and its branding are owned by indotk.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

indotk.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users, quality of goods or services, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
